Delivery Policy

Lalaland Juice, Singapore · Last updated 26 July 2026

Where we deliver

We deliver to Singapore addresses only. We don’t ship overseas — cold-pressed juice doesn’t travel that far, and we wouldn’t put our name on a bottle that has.

When your order arrives

Every bottle is pressed to order, so the earliest delivery day is 48 hours after you order. You choose your delivery day at checkout; subscription boxes arrive on the day and rhythm you set in your account. If a delivery day is fully booked, checkout will ask you to pick another.

The change cutoff

Orders and subscription boxes can be changed or cancelled until 12:00 noon (Singapore time), two days before the delivery day. That’s the moment we commit fruit to your bottles. After the cutoff the order is being pressed and can no longer be changed, cancelled or redirected — see our Refund Policy for what happens if something is wrong with it.

Receiving your box

Your address

You’re responsible for giving a complete, accurate Singapore address with a valid postal code. We verify postal codes when an order comes in and will contact you if yours can’t be located. If a delivery fails because the address given was wrong or incomplete, we’ll arrange a redelivery — a redelivery fee may apply, and the freshness clock keeps running.

If we slip

If a delivery is missed, late enough to matter, or arrives damaged because of us, tell us — we’ll redeliver fresh bottles or refund the affected items, your choice. That’s the deal, no forms to fight through.

Things outside anyone’s control

Severe weather, road closures and the like can occasionally move a delivery. If that happens we’ll tell you as early as we can and deliver on the next available day, or refund you if the new day doesn’t work.

Questions or complaints

Tell us first — we acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and work it to a resolution.

Contact details are on our FAQ page.

Unresolved after that? You may approach the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) or the Singapore Mediation Centre.
