Refund Policy

Lalaland Juice, Singapore · Last updated 26 July 2026

The short version

Cancelling before the cutoff

Every order — one-off or subscription box — can be cancelled or changed until 12:00 noon (Singapore time), two days before its delivery day. Cancel before then and any amount already charged is refunded in full.

After the cutoff

Our juice is perishable and pressed to order — once the cutoff passes, fruit has been committed to your bottles and the order can’t be returned or refunded for a change of mind. This is why the cutoff exists and why we remind subscribers before it.

When something is wrong

Wrong items, missing bottles, damaged or spoiled juice on arrival — contact us within 24 hours of delivery (a photo helps us fix the cause, not just the order). We’ll make it right with a replacement on the next run, a credit, or a full refund of the affected items — your choice. Given the product is perishable, the 24-hour window is how we can still tell what went wrong; it never overrides your statutory rights.

Your rights under Singapore law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, including the “lemon law” provisions (sections 12A–12F) for goods that were defective at delivery. Where those rights apply, they apply — this page adds to them, it never subtracts.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. We issue them promptly; banks typically take 5–10 working days to show the money. If a refund hasn’t appeared after that, contact us with your order number and we’ll chase it with Stripe.

Raising it

Use the contact details below with your order number (it’s in your confirmation and your account). We acknowledge within 2 working days. If we can’t resolve it between us, you may take it to the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) or the Singapore Mediation Centre — though we’d rather fix it before it gets there.

Questions or complaints

Tell us first — we acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and work it to a resolution.

Contact details are on our FAQ page.

Unresolved after that? You may approach the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) or the Singapore Mediation Centre.
